SMS Messages mode
You can switch between Phonebook and SMS Messages mode using the related buttons.

If a connection to a device has been enstablished, it will be displayed at the bottom of toolbar. You can enable or disable the connection to device using the related button. When enabled, it will display: model and software revision of your mobile phone but also strong of network signal and the phone's battery level.

The data are displayed in two panels: Folder / Memory List and SMS Messages List.

Group / Memory List displays the contact folders following: DataBase, Apple's Address Book, all the phone's memories.
The Folder / Memory List message folders following: internal DataBase and all the phone's memories.
Each folder, group, memory displays (in brackets) the message numbers and following the bar the maximum messages number you are able to save. If it displays only 1 number in brackets, it means the maximum number of messages you are able to save in memory. You can see all the information available for groups and memories just clicking on the item's name. If you want to edit folders or groups' name, double click on the item's name.
The SMS Messages List displays
all the contacts in selected Group / Memory List. The information are displayed in five columns (SMSes status, name, telephone number, text, date and time). To edit a message you should do a double-click on it or a single click on Edit SMS Message contextual-menu item (ctrl-click or right mouse button). The text is not showed for whole just only the first 100 chars but you can view it with a double-click on the SMS.
The column Name is automatically filled if a match is found between phone number and Apple's Address Book or internal DataBase.
The first column reports the status of S.M.S. and can take one from the values below:
Draft (the message has been stored but not sent)
Sent (the message has been stored and sent)
Received read (the message has been received and read)
Received unread (the message has been received but not read)
If you want to filter messages with a specified status you can use the pop-up SMS status into search field.:
When done, the application will show only the SMS with the status you are looking for. The "All" option, it will show all the messages.

The Reload button reloads all the data from the Apple's Address Book or from the phone's memory selected. You must use this button if you edit contacts directly by your mobile phone or Apple's Phone Book when connected. When connected, external changes are not discovered by MegaCellX then you must use the "Ricarica" button the update it.
